Shipping Policy

At BASSIA, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.
Shipping terms, costs, and delivery times may vary depending on your destination country and the specific items in your order.

We have warehouses in France and Germany, which allows us to ship orders quickly. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after being placed and delivered usually within 5 working days in EU, USA and UK.

We ship for free orders from 100 EUR in European Union.

Individual Shipping Terms
Shipping conditions for each country are determined individually at the time of order placement.

We offer 2 options during checkout for delivery:

Standard delivery: usually takes from 3 to 5 working days in EU, free for EU customers on orders from 100 EUR.

Express delivery: usually takes from 1 to 2 working days in EU, cost calculated at checkout.

You will be informed of the applicable shipping rates (for non-EU customers), estimated delivery times, and any additional requirements (such as customs duties or local taxes, for non-EU customers) during checkout or by direct confirmation from our customer service team.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs and Duties
BASSIA pays customs duties or import taxes, which arise for outside of EU shipments. No need for the customer to worry here!
