14-Day Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below:
1. Return Eligibility
1.1. Items must be sent back in their original state — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging you received with fur piece.
1.2. We cannot accept returns without original tags, showing signs of wear such as stains, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks.
1.3. Orders placed online must be returned via our returns process.
1.4. For faulty items, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the fault. Faulty goods are defined as items that arrive damaged or develop a fault within 14 days of purchase. Issues after this timeframe are considered normal wear and tear.
1.5. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping return fee have to be paid by customer and also non-refundable.
2. How to Start a Return
2.1. To begin your return:
Access your customer account, you can do it directly here. Log in using email verification: enter your email and receive a six-digit code (no password required).
Select "Request return" for your fulfilled or partially fulfilled order.
Choose items to return if the order has multiple items.
Select return reason and add notes if needed.
Submit the request.
You will receive email confirmation after submitting request.
After you receive return approval email from us, follow shipping instructions and/or use provided return label.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
3.2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
4. Review & Approval
4.1. Once your return arrives, our team will inspect it against the return conditions. You’ll be notified via email if your return has been approved or rejected.
4.2. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or exchange.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement (timing may vary depending on your bank).
6. International Orders
6.1. International orders are eligible for returns only. Exchanges are not available for orders outside the EU.
